“135 pounds is not my weight.” Lomachenko ready to change weight category

Ukrainian boxer Vasily Lomachenko admits that he may return to lighter weight classes in the future, as the current 135-pound division is too big for him.

“Everyone knows that 135 pounds is not my weight. And of course I can’t go to 140 pounds. Go down below? I could move up to 126 pounds for Naoya Inoue, even though I forgot how to do that weight.”

“You can try to go back to 126, because it’s always interesting to get into the ring against the best boxers. Inoue is a top boxer,” Lomachenko said.

29-year-old Inoue was a champion in three weight divisions.
