Promoter Eddie Hearn has confirmed that Saudi Arabia is indeed interested in hosting top heavyweight bouts Oleksandr Usyk vs Tyson Fury and Deontay Wilder vs Anthony Joshua in December.

But promoter Joshua stressed that there are no concrete talks yet.

“In the Middle East, there is indeed interest in such a boxing evening. But for its implementation, it is necessary to agree separately with each of the four boxers, to sign separate contracts.

“To see Usyk-Fury and Joshua-Wilder fights would be epic, but it costs a lot of money. About $400 million,” Hearn said.

Previously, Fury denied information about such an offer, but Usyk’s promoter made it clear that the Briton was simply afraid.
