Canmore 2023. Dmitrenko won bronze in the sprint at the IBU Cup – CBS TV STREAMS

In the Canadian city of Kenmore, the women’s sprint was held at the seventh stage of the IBU Cup.

Ukrainian biathlete Christina Dmitrenko won bronze. The winner was the Norwegian Maren Kirkeide. The second place was taken by the representative of France Paula Bothe.

Valeria Dmitrenko and Nadezhda Belkina missed out on the top 30 in this race, finishing 31st and 38th respectively.

For Dmitrenko, this is the first medal in her adult career. Her past best result at the IBU Cup seniors was 28th in the Obertilliach sprint in 2023.

This medal was the second for Ukraine this season at the IBU Cup. Earlier, Dmitry Pidruchny won bronze in Obertilliach.
