Former WBC world light heavyweight champion Oleksandr Gvozdyk has admitted that his next fight will be on the undercard against undisputed middleweight champion Mexican Saul “Canelo” Alvarez.
“I intend to perform on May 6th in Guadalajara. It should be a good fight,” Gvozdyk admitted in a small commentary.
As you know, now Alexander Gvozdyk is collaborating with Alvarez’s manager, Eddie Reynoso. On May 6, in Mexico, Canelo is scheduled to face 34-year-old Briton John Ryder, the mandatory contender for the WBO belt.
Earlier Gvozdyk told why he did not knock out the Mexican Josue Obando in the comeback fight.
