In the Norwegian Holmenkollen, a women’s sprint took place as part of the ninth stage of the Biathlon World Cup.
Ukrainian biathletes failed the race. The best in our team was Anastasia Merkushina, who took 46th place with clean shooting.
The race was won by Denise Herrmann, the company of the German woman on the podium was made up of the Swedes Hanna Oeberg and Anna Magnusson. All medalists shot without a miss.
On March 19, the 2022/23 biathlon season will end with mass start races. Ukraine will not be represented in them, since none of our athletes meets the qualification conditions.
