Boxer Devin Haney is convinced he can beat Ukraine’s Vasily Lomachenko in a four bout of lightweight titles scheduled for late May.
“I expect the fight to take place on May 20. I think there will be a tactical duel, chess. But at the same time it should be interesting because Lomachenko and I have different fighting styles.”
“I told him for a long time that it was necessary to fight, because the further, the worse it would be for him. I want to show how much stronger I am already than Lomachenko at this stage of my career. I want this fight, although I could have left the 135-pound division for a long time and go higher, ”said Haney.
The fight is expected to take place in Saudi Arabia.
