The Ukrainian national team received its representative in the women’s race with a mass start at the Biathlon World Championships, which ends in Oberhof, Germany. Julia Jima got into the starting protocol.
As you know, on Wednesday, February 15, Jim took 40th place in the individual race. The winners of the start and the top 15 of the overall World Cup standings were automatically selected for the mass start. The remaining positions in the protocol out of 30 positions were taken by biathletes who showed the best results directly at the World Championships in three individual starts: in the sprint, pursuit and individual races.
Yuliya Dzhima became the penultimate participant, who got a place in the start of the mas-start, thanks to the points scored in the individual races in Oberhof.
