Beijing Olympic champion and five-time world champion Norwegian biathlete Sturla Holm Legrade will not perform at the World Cup in Nove Mesto due to the coronavirus.
“Sturla is not feeling very well, so when the test came back positive, it became clear that he would leave Nove Mesto,” said sports director of the Norwegian national team Per-Arne Botnan.
The World Cup stage in Czech Nove Mesto will be held from 2 to 5 March.
