Renowned promoter Lou Dibella echoes the notion that Vassily Lomachenko doesn’t have much of a chance in an all-lightweight title fight against Devin Haney.
“I think Haney is too young, too fast and too skilled for Lomachenko. Loma has aged, which makes Haney a big favorite ahead of their fight.”
“I don’t see Devin staying in the 135lb division. After defeating Lomachenko, he will go higher,” Dibella said.
The Lomachenko-Haney fight is tentatively scheduled for May 20.
