Makarenko’s goal was saved by Fehervar in the match against Ferencváros

On Sunday, April 2, the match of the 25th round was played in the Hungarian Championship, in which Ferencvaros hosted Fehervar. As you know, Ukrainian midfielder Yevhen Makarenko plays in the ranks of the guests.

The Ukrainian became the protagonist of the fight. He appeared on the field at the height of the second half, replacing Dardai in the 69th minute. It happened with the score 1:1, but soon Ferencvaros took the lead and was close to victory. However, in the 79th minute, Makarenko’s goal allowed Fehervar to win back – a 2-2 draw.

For Evgeny Makarenko, the goal against Ferencváros was the second of the season with two assists. In total, the Ukrainian took part in 15 team fights.

Fehérvár is in 10th place in the Hungarian Championship standings. Makarenko’s team has a three-point lead from the relegation zone.
