In the Swedish Östersund, as part of the eighth stage of the World Cup, a women’s 12.5 km mass start was held.
Ukrainian biathletes did not take part in the race because they did not fulfill the qualification conditions.
The race was won by Italian Dorothea Wierer, who cleared all 20 targets. Also in the top three winners ran the Frenchwomen Lou Zhanmonnot and Julie Simon.
