Undisputed super middleweight champion Saul Alvarez will fight next in early May. The boxer himself wrote about this on Twitter.
“Celebrating 200 years of Jalisco freedom and sovereignty, I return to fight on home soil.
I will defend all my titles in May. More details will follow shortly,” Alvarez said.
Note that Alvarez had his last fight on September 17, 2022, defeating Gennady Golovkin by unanimous decision. We also recall that in May last year, Alvarez lost on points to Dmitry Bivol in the light heavyweight division.
