The manager of the WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk said that the fight between the Ukrainian and WBC title holder Tyson Fury may not take place.
“The further, the more chances that the fight will not take place. We apologize to our fans,” wrote Egis Klimas on his Twitter.
Recall that the battle between Usyk and Fury can take place on April 29, but the parties still cannot agree on its holding.
If the teams of Usyk and Fury do not agree on a fight at the end of April, Alexander will hold a mandatory title defense.
