The future belongs to God. Can Vitao return to Shakhtar?

Shakhtar’s 23-year-old central defender Vitao, who has been on loan for Brazil’s Internacional since April last year, may return to the Donetsk club next summer.

After the duel with the Metropolitanos team from Venezuela (1:0) in the Copa Libertadores, Vitao was asked to comment on the question of his future, to which the defender did not give a definite answer.

“The future belongs to God. I’m ready for anything,” Vitao said.

Recall that Vitao’s loan at Internacional expires on June 30. The Brazilian club has expressed a desire to keep the center back in the squad in the future, but has not yet agreed with the Pitmen the amount of a full buyout.

Shakhtar want 7.2 million euros for Vitao.
