The promoter told who Usyk will fight in case of a breakdown in the fight with Fury – CBS TV STREAMS

Famous promoter Frank Warren told who the WBA, WBO and IBF champion Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) will fight if he fails to agree on a fight with the WBA, WBO and IBF champion Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs).

“A few days ago I spoke with Dubois. He is doing well and has returned to training. With the Tyson Fury and Joe Joyce fights coming up, we don’t seem to have a date for Daniel until mid or late May. It all depends on what happens with the Usyk-Fury fight. If we can’t arrange it on April 29, then Dubois will fight Alexander.

Negotiations about the fight with Usyk turned out to be very protracted, and this is disappointing. There are still a few issues that need to be addressed. If the fight takes place, it will happen on April 29th. But we have to wait and then we’ll see. Tyson will fight that day and I hope we don’t have to go down the path of looking for another opponent for him,” Warren said.

Note that Briton Daniel Dubois (19-1, 18 KOs) is a mandatory contender in the WBA line.

Earlier it was reported that the talks about the Usyk-Fury fight had stalled.
