Two years of home chemistry. Coach Lvov was convicted in Belarus – CBS TV STREAMS

Belarusian specialist Vasily Khomutovsky, who since the beginning of this year has been working in the coaching staff of Lviv and was responsible for training goalkeepers, was convicted in his homeland the day before.

The court sentenced Khomutovsky to two years of restraint of liberty without being sent to an open-type correctional institution (“home chemistry”).

Khomutovsky was accused under an article of the criminal code providing for “active participation in group actions that grossly violate public order.”

It is known that in 2020 the specialist supported the protests against the self-proclaimed President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko. Soon Khomutovsky was forced to leave the country, and returned there this autumn for treatment, after which he was detained.
