VIDEO. Besedin scores for Omonia, breaking a terrible goalless streak

Ukrainian forward of the Cypriot “Omonia” Artem Besedin ended his long goalless streak.

Besedin scored a goal for Omonia in the match of the 29th round of the Cypriot Championship against Paphos (2:0). Artem opened the scoring in the 56th minute of the meeting with an accurate and powerful shot from afar.

The last time Besedin scored on April 25, 2021 in the UPL match for Dynamo against Ingulets (5:0). His goalless streak lasted almost two years.

Besedin was replaced in the 72nd minute. Then a Ukrainian scored an assist Roman Bezus.

Omonia scored 46 points and is in 6th place in the championship group of the Cyprus Championship.
